BigBloc Construction Limited has evolved from a visionary startup into a national powerhouse in the sustainable construction industry. Our journey began with an initial capacity of 300,000 CBM, and through a decade of strategic expansion and operational excellence, we have scaled our operations to reach a consolidated annual installed capacity of 1.3 million CBM. This monumental growth has established BigBloc as the largest manufacturer of AAC blocks in Western India and one of the most significant players across the entire country. Our mission remains rooted in providing eco-friendly building solutions that meet the demands of India’s rapidly urbanizing landscape.
 

At the heart of our market leadership is our commitment to cutting-edge technology and manufacturing precision. BigBloc proudly operates the single largest AAC block plant in India, a state-of-the-art facility with a capacity of 500,000 CBM per annum. This plant is a fully automatic, world-class manufacturing hub that sets the industry standard for quality, consistency, and scale. By leveraging such high-level automation, we are able to maintain a seamless supply chain and deliver superior products that cater to the most complex and large-scale infrastructure projects.
